We collect information you provide, information created as you use the platform, and limited technical information needed to operate the service. The exact information depends on the features you use.

• Account and profile details, such as your name, email address, phone number, date of birth, gender, chosen avatar, and language preferences.
• Learning activity, such as course enrollments, lesson progress, quiz or challenge submissions, scores, streaks, experience points, and certificates.
• AI tutor activity, including conversation titles, prompts, replies, related course or lesson context, and usage information.
• Subscription and transaction records, such as your plan, subscription status, billing period, payment status, and payment-provider identifiers.
• Technical and security information, such as session identifiers, IP address, browser or device details, timestamps, and diagnostic logs when generated by our systems.

We receive information directly from you when you register, edit your profile, complete learning activities, talk with the AI tutor, subscribe, or contact support. We also generate records automatically as the service responds to your actions.

Payment providers send us limited information about a transaction or subscription. We do not receive or store your complete payment-card number.

We use personal information only when it supports the learning service, our legitimate operations, your instructions or consent, or responsibilities required by applicable law.

• Create and secure your account, verify your email, and help recover access.
• Deliver courses, remember progress, personalize recommendations, and award learning achievements.
• Provide the AI tutor and connect answers to the lesson you are studying.
• Process subscriptions, confirm payments, manage entitlements, and prevent fraud.
• Send essential account, security, billing, and service messages.
• Monitor reliability, troubleshoot problems, understand feature use, and improve Apsara Elearning.
• Enforce our Terms, protect users, and comply with lawful requests.

When you use the AI tutor, we store your messages and the tutor's replies so you can revisit the conversation and so the feature can keep context. We may also process the course or lesson you are viewing and technical usage details such as model and token counts.

Your prompts, conversation history, and relevant lesson context may be sent to the AI provider selected to generate a response. Do not include passwords, payment-card information, health records, government identification numbers, or other highly sensitive personal information in a prompt. You can delete individual conversations from the tutor interface.

Apsara Elearning uses necessary cookies to keep you signed in securely and to remember choices such as language. Your browser may also store preferences such as theme and language on your device.

These technologies help the platform work and do not currently serve third-party advertising. Blocking necessary cookies may prevent sign-in or other account features from working.

We do not sell personal information. We share only what is reasonably needed with service providers that help us operate Apsara Elearning, such as hosting, database, email delivery, AI, security, and customer-support providers. They process information for the services they provide to us.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to respond to a valid legal process, to protect users or the platform, or as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, or transfer of the business with appropriate protections.

Paid subscriptions are processed through Stripe. Stripe collects and processes payment details under its own privacy policy. Apsara Elearning receives identifiers and transaction details needed to activate your plan, show billing status, handle cancellations, and reconcile payments or refunds.

We do not store complete card numbers or card security codes on Apsara Elearning servers.

Apsara Elearning is designed for students, including younger learners. When applicable law requires permission from a parent or legal guardian, that adult should review this policy, approve the account, and supervise the learner's use of the platform.

Parents or guardians who believe a child provided information without required permission should contact us. We will review the request and take appropriate steps, which may include limiting or deleting the account and its information.

We keep information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service. Some records may be kept longer when reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, financial recordkeeping, dispute resolution, backups, or legal obligations.

Retention depends on the type of record. Temporary verification and reset credentials expire quickly, while account, learning, subscription, and payment records may need to remain for longer. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it where practical.

We use administrative and technical safeguards intended to protect personal information, including access controls, protected authentication credentials, secure session cookies, and restricted service access. Only people and providers who need information for their work should be able to use it.

No online service can guarantee complete security. Protect your password, sign out on shared devices, and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Some providers that support Apsara Elearning may process information outside Cambodia. Privacy and data-protection rules can differ by location. When information is transferred, we take reasonable steps to use trusted providers and protections appropriate to the information and service.

You can review or update many profile details from your account, choose your language and theme, delete AI conversations, and manage or cancel a subscription through the available billing controls.

You may ask us to access, correct, export, or delete personal information, or to restrict or object to certain processing where applicable. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information when the law or a legitimate operational need requires it. A parent or guardian may make an appropriate request for a younger learner.

We may update this Privacy Policy as our platform, providers, or legal requirements change. We will post the revised policy here and update the effective date. If a change materially affects how we handle your information, we will provide additional notice when reasonable.
